Simply click on the section that says "Don't have a Paypal account?" and you can enter your credit card details without requiring a Paypal account. You do NOT have to register for a Paypal account - just enter your credit card details and you are done!
2. Instant online application and payment via PayPal
You may now submit your membership application and fee online via PayPal.
3. To pay via Check or Money Order
Fill out your membership submission/renewal using our online form and submit your payment via mail
